I was trying to think of a way to describe what it is I do for companies, and I think Talent Brand Coach pretty well sums it up. See I don’t straight up advise you on how to market yourself to talent – nope – because no one knows your company like you do. You’ve been there for a bit now, you know the people and what they’re like and you know what the company is like from their perspective too. You’re a part of the company, so I can’t advise you on what to slap on your careers page, you already know what should go on there, it’s just locked up inside your head. What I can do though, is help you unlock the juicy stuff.
